2. Express waiver applicable to Aria CEO
⚠️ Important. Aria CEO is a digital service whose execution begins immediately upon subscription (immediate access to AI features, content generation, etc.).
In accordance with article L221-28-13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
"Contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal."
3. Acceptance of waiver
By subscribing to a paid plan of Aria CEO, the User:
Expressly requests immediate execution of the service (instant access)
Expressly acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the service is executed
This waiver is recorded by ticking the dedicated box at checkout
4. Alternatives offered by Aria CEO
To compensate for this waiver, Aria CEO offers several alternatives:
3-day Premium trial without credit card on all paid plans
Free Discovery plan forever to test the platform
Free cancellation at any time from the customer account
Plan change with pro-rated billing
5. Special case: pre-purchase before service activation
If you subscribed but have not yet activated the service (no login, no AI feature use), you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by emailing contact.ariaceo@gmail.com with the subject "Withdrawal request".
Full refund within 14 days of receiving the request.
