Account deletion

Want to permanently delete your Aria CEO account? This page explains how to proceed and what happens next. Action compliant with your right to erasure (Article 17 of GDPR).

⚠️ Irreversible action. Account deletion entails the definitive loss of all your data: brands, generated content, planning, history. This operation cannot be undone after confirmation.

1. Before deleting your account

Consider the following alternatives:

Subscription cancellation without account deletion — keep your content and return for free with the Discovery plan
Downgrade to a lower plan (e.g. Pro → Starter) if the price is too high
Temporary pause by reducing usage without deleting anything
Export your data before deletion (GDPR right to portability)

2. How to delete your account

From your account (recommended)

By email

Send an email to contact.ariaceo@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion", from the email address associated with your Aria CEO account. We'll process your request within 30 days maximum.

3. What happens after deletion?

💳 About billing: in case of a paid subscription in progress, account deletion does not trigger a refund. You keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Terms of Sale, Article 9.

4. What is NOT automatically deleted

Content you have already published via Aria CEO on third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) remains on those platforms. Aria CEO has no way to delete them after publication.

To remove them, you must:

Sign in directly to your Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / etc. account
Manually delete each post concerned

5. Export your data before deletion (GDPR)

You can request a copy of all your data before deletion. Format: JSON or CSV. Delivery time: 30 days maximum.

6. Deletion confirmation

Once deletion is effective, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account. If you don't receive it within 48 hours, contact us.

7. Frequently asked questions

Can I return after deletion? Yes, you can create a new account anytime, but without recovering your previous data.

Are my payments refunded? No. Cancellation is free but without refund of the current month (Terms of Sale art. 9).

How long does deletion take? Personal data within 30 days, OAuth tokens within 24 hours.

What about my content already published on Instagram/Facebook? It remains on those platforms. To delete manually.
