These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the Aria CEO service, accessible on ariaceo.com, published by Thomas Taggae.
Aria CEO is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) marketing platform powered by artificial intelligence, accessible via subscription. The service offers 5 plans: Discovery (free), Starter, Pro, Business, Creator, plus additional à-la-carte add-ons.
Prices are indicated on the Pricing page, in euros, inclusive of all taxes for French/EU customers. The Publisher reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Charges are automatic at each renewal.
Subscriptions are monthly, with automatic renewal each month at the same date. They can be cancelled at any time and remain valid until the end of the paid period.
A 3-day free trial is offered exclusively on the Starter and Pro plans. Business (€1,500/month) and Creator (€3,500/month) are premium plans engaged from the first month and do not include a trial period. The Discovery plan remains free forever without condition.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the User expressly waives their right of withdrawal by activating the service immediately upon subscription. Detailed information on the Right of withdrawal page.
The User can change plan at any time from their account. Pro-rated billing is automatically applied.
Cancellation is free, possible at any time from the customer account or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No refund is granted for the period in progress.
In case of payment failure, access is suspended after 7 days. After 30 days without regularization, the account is automatically downgraded to the Discovery (free) plan.
Invoices are issued automatically and accessible from the customer account, in PDF format, kept for 10 years (legal obligation).
The Publisher aims for 99% monthly availability. Maintenance operations may cause temporary interruptions, announced 48h in advance when possible.
The Publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. No liability for content generated by Aria, used by the User at their own risk.

The Aria CEO platform, its trademark, logo, code and AI models are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Content generated by Aria from User-provided inputs belongs to the User.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these ToS. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before entry into force.
In case of dispute, the User may resort to consumer mediation in accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Mediator: [Name and address of the mediator].

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer law.
