User data deletion

This page explains how to delete the data collected by Aria CEO via connected third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Meta Platform Terms requirements.

1. What data is concerned?

When you connect a third-party platform to Aria CEO, we access and store:

Platform	Data stored
Instagram / Facebook	Page ID, Instagram Business ID, encrypted OAuth tokens, engagement metrics of your posts, media published via Aria
TikTok	Profile ID, OAuth tokens, metrics of your videos
Google / YouTube	Google ID, email, tokens, metadata of uploaded videos
LinkedIn	Profile ID, tokens, posts created via Aria
Apple Sign in	Apple ID, email (real or relayed)

2. Three deletion methods

Direct revocation from the Aria CEO app

Sign in to your account → Settings → Integrations → Click "Disconnect" next to the platform. Deletion is effective within 24 hours.

Revocation from the third-party platform

Go to the platform's settings (see links below) → Connected apps → Remove Aria CEO. The platform will notify us automatically and we'll delete the data within 24 hours.

Email request

Send an email to contact.ariaceo@gmail.com with the subject "User data deletion", specifying the platforms concerned and your Aria CEO email. Response within 30 days maximum.

3. Direct links to revoke Aria CEO from each platform

📷 Instagram & Facebook (Meta)

Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Select "Aria CEO" → Remove.

Access Facebook settings →

Access Instagram settings →

🎵 TikTok

Settings and privacy → Security → Connected apps → Aria CEO → Revoke access.

🅖 Google & YouTube

Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions → Find Aria CEO → Click "Remove access".

💼 LinkedIn

Settings & privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services → Aria CEO → Remove.

🍎 Apple

iCloud Settings → Password and security → Apps using Apple ID → Aria CEO → Stop using Apple ID.

4. What happens after deletion?

OAuth tokens: deleted from our servers immediately (within 24 hours maximum)
Data retrieved from the platform: erased within 30 days
Posts already created on your brand (via Aria): they remain on the third-party platform — you can delete them manually from your account
Technical caches: purged automatically
Audit logs: retained 6 months (security only, anonymized)

5. Automatic callback URL (for Meta)

Aria CEO complies with Meta's "Data Deletion Request Callback" standard. When a user removes Aria CEO from Facebook or Instagram, Meta automatically sends us a deletion request to:

We process this request within 24 hours and confirm effective deletion to Meta.

6. Your GDPR rights

Beyond deleting data from third-party platforms, you benefit from all GDPR rights: access, rectification, total erasure, portability, opposition. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
